How to take care of your jewellery pieces?
We recommend following our jewellery care guide to keep your pieces last long and beautiful. ✨
Most of our pieces are 316 stainless steel making it extra durable and water-resistant.
304 stainless steel are durable as well, however they may require a little extra care.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Lunae, each piece is carefully curated and inspected to ensure the highest quality. As part of our commitment to fairness and transparency, we kindly request customers to review the following policy:
• Opening Video Required – Exchanges will only be accepted if supported with a complete unboxing video, clearly showing the package being opened. This helps us verify product condition and authenticity.
• Exchange on Damaged Products Only – We offer exchanges strictly in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video + images).
• No Returns on Personal Preference – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size preference, or personal reasons, as each piece is considered a final purchase.
• No Refunds – We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. For eligible cases, only exchange will be provided.
• Limited Edition & Watches – Due to the exclusive nature of our watches and limited pieces, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
